HRH Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, brought in a team of painters from Buckingham Palace to give her hair a fresh shellacking for the Charity Royal Film Performance of "The Lovely Bones" in London.
Wearing a velveteen gown and a five-strand pearl necklace, her highness seems to have also had the crew do her makeup (with a rare and unfortunate foray into lip liner), giving her that repellent glow.
The type of hors d'oeuvre morsel in her eye tooth is unknown.
