HRH Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, continued rationing her outfits by recycling yet another look... this Dr. Seuss ensemble she wore in Venice last April (see below). The children at Brecon Cathedral thought she was some type of Push Me Pull You, especially after getting a glimpse at her highness' knees.
Several tots were removed after their crying became a nuisance. Extra security was required to prevent the children from touching Camilla's hair, which has been known to slice tiny fingers to the bone.
